1. E-Terms
EXW (Ex Works)
Seller makes goods available to buyer at own premises.
2.
F-Terms
FCA, FAS and FOB (Free Carrier, Free Along Side, Free On Board)
Letter "F" signifies seller must deliver goods to carrier
appointed by buyer free of risk and expense to buyer. Quoted to
a geographic location generally within the seller country.
3.
C-Terms
CFR, CIF, CPT and CIP (Cost and Freight; Cost, Insurance and Freight;
Carriage Paid To; Carriage, Insurance Paid To)
Letter "C" signifies seller must bear certain costs even
after point of division of risk of loss. Prices quoted to geographic
location in buyer's country.
4.
D-Terms
DAF, DES, DEQ, DDU and DDP (Delivered At Frontier, Ex Ship, Ex Quay,
Duty Unpaid, Duty paid)
Letter "D" signifies goods must arrive at stated destination.
Seller bears all costs and risks to bring goods to country of destination
